Today marks the 20th Anniversary of the Re- dispatch of the China Medical Team to Liberia and welcome and Farewell Reception at the The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Liberia February 27, 2025.

The welcome and Farewell Reception were attended by the Minister of Health Dr.Louise M. Kpoto, Dr. Linda A. Birch Chief executive officer John f.kennedy Medical center, Dr. John Emmanuel Tamba chief Medical Officer, the Liberia Medical & Dental Council were at the program. The ambassador of China Yin Chengwu thank the JFKMC for the long standing friendship. The 16th China Medical team , welcome the 17 th Medical team from China. Welcoming the 17 th Medical team, the CEO of JFKMC, Dr. Linda A. Birch, thank the 16th medical term for their services and for the collaboration China and Liberia has. She told the team, that JFK medical center will continue to work with the China.she told the 17 th Medical team, to feel at home in Liberia.
