Dr. Linda Birch, CEO of JFK, has emphasized the need to introduce AI-equipped machines to enhance healthcare delivery. In a deal nearing completion, the hospital will acquire digital X-rays and mammograms through a loan.

During Grand Rounds, Dr. Birch highlighted the hospital’s growth, noting the increase in trained specialists over the past decade. She also encouraged physicians and surgeons to comply with LMDA regulations and obtain their licenses.

Additionally, Dr. Birch announced that the newly appointed U.S. Ambassador to Liberia, Mark Toner, will visit JFK this week. The medical center, built on the friendship between President John F. Kennedy and Liberia’s President Tubman, continues to honor its legacy.
