Today the first departmental meeting for 2025 kicks up in the Lobby of the memorial hospital. The meeting was presided by Dr.Linda A. Birch CEO . Dr. Birch told departments heads about what is going on in the hospital. According to Dr.Birch, she want more efforts to be made at JFK medical center.

She also said, she wants to know the T. O.R of all departments. She told the administrator for memorial hospital Mrs. Mary Nysquie that this 2025, she want things to be done differently. She stressed on the garbage from both maternity hospital and memorial hospital. She said, NPHIL refused the garbage as well as MCC because of the medical wastes that can’t be sperated.

Dr. Birch told HR, to assign on every floor, one cleaner that will only be responsible for that floor. She said Trauma, should have one cleaner also. Dr. Birch also told the nurses that they should make show that patients take their baths She told the asocial service staffs that they are not working as she expect them to. She talks about the nurses attitudes towards patients and their relatives. She said they are here because of the patients, so they need to pay more attention to the patients.

Dr. Birch also told the security boss Trokon to be very careful and everyone that will refused to serve humanity. She talks about everyone of JFK staffs, making the hospital a hospital of choice. The CEO said, the essence of the meeting was to update on activities. She talks about achievements. She few amongst many, the banks, the Oxygen plant, the pharmacy at 20 street gate and the major renovation that is on going at the maternity hospital and memorial hospital. According to Dr. Birch, she called this meeting to make people know her vision for the medical center.
