Psychiatry
The dental department of the JFK Medical Center provides the following services:
The Medical Center provides psychiatrics services through one of its component, E.S. Grant mental health hospital -the only mental health hospital in Liberia. It has capacity for 80 inpatients, and provides outpatient consultations several days a week. People are admitted to the hospital for conditions including substance abuse, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety and epilepsy.
