The Tubman National Institute of Medical Arts on Friday, October 14, 2022 graduated two hundred and twenty-seven ( 227) students from five different programs including; Environmental Health, Physician Assistant, Midwifery, Laboratory Technology and Professional Nursing Programs. Making remarks at the 65th commencement convocation, the chief executive officer of the John F. Kennedy Medical Hospital Dr. Jerry Brown said, he will work with the University of Liberia’s administration to upgrade the Tubman National Institute of Medical Arts to a degree granting institution. At the same time Dr. Brown admonished the graduates to execute their duties with passion. “Execute your duties with passion, be a different set of health workers, JFK stands ready to continue working with you in whatever way possible.” He said. The Tubman National Institute of Medical Arts (TNIMA) was established in 1945 through the effort and cooperation of the Liberian National Public Health services- now Ministry of Health and the United States Mission.
